Tracked shipping is free on orders over €120, anywhere in Europe. Below that, the rate is calculated at checkout before you pay.

No. Bramhurst is an online house with no shop floor, which is part of why the clothes are priced the way they are. Everything is sent to your door.

True to size across the range. If you sit between two sizes, take the larger. Our knitwear is cut to skim rather than cling.

Thirty days from delivery, no questions asked, as long as the piece is unworn with its tags attached. Write to us and we will send instructions.

Wash knitwear by hand in cool water and dry it flat, never on a hanger. Suede wants a soft brush and a day to breathe between wears, kept well away from radiators.
